Doni, who writes, produces, and records music under the stage name Gary LaDon, is also an accomplished musician, poet, songwriter, and singer, and has performed at countless venues nationwide. He made his debut television performance at age 8. His latest television performance was as a winner on The Nashville Networks "You Can Be A Star". This performance was broadcast worldwide to an audience of over thirty million viewers, and resulted in correspondence from fans all over the globe. In the early 90s, Doni produced and recorded eleven original songs on a CD collection released by Little Tree Records, titled Southland Lady. Two of the songs on this CD claimed the coveted number one spot on the MP3.com country music charts, and received wide-spread air play and critical acclaim from numerous media outlets, as well as record industry chart-makers. Doni still performs all around the greater Atlanta area with a group of friends, formally known as Mid-Life Crisis, and is currently working on his second CD release entitled "Next Time Around". All of these songs are in some way, form, or fashion, written about the women in my life.
